Is your showroom open to the public?
Yes, both our smallwares and equipment showrooms are open to the public. We do not restrict our bussiness strictly to restaurant owners.
Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we offer white glove delivery services from as far north as Jacksonville, FL and as far south as Key West, FL. We also offer shipping services and in many cases, fees do apply. Please contact our office for quotes.
Do you sell only new/used equipment?
We sell both new and used equipment. We also provide free quotes on full kitchens regardless of whether they are new or used equipment.
Does your used equipment come with a warranty?
Used equipment is sold with a 30 day parts and labor warranty within the State of Florida. Equipment that is sold and shipped or taken out of the country will be sold with a 30 day parts warranty.
Do you buy used equipment?
Purchasing equipment is decided on a case by case basis by the owners of the business. Often times the owners would like to see the units either in person or via pictures before making a decision. If you would like to stop by at our store, the owners are normally there on tuesdays and saturdays during hours of operation: Hours
Do you sell parts for equipment?
Unfortunately we do not sell parts online or in-store.
Do you install restaurant/commercial hoods?
Yes we do! Pricing varies on a case by case basis and would require inspection of the property and kitchen area in the preliminary stages. We are also able to process the permits for you with the cities and counties involved. This permit processing service is optional and would include a fee if you would like us to do it for you. Hood projects vary in length depending on the city or county where the project is being conducted.
