- 01Yes, both our small wares and equipment showrooms are open to the public. We do not limit our business strictly to restaurant owners. Our showroom is regularly stocked with refrigeration equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, merchandisers, display cases. We also stock cooking equipment such ovens, warmers, fryers, stoves, griddles, and char broilers.

- 04Yes we do! Pricing varies on a case-by-case basis and would require inspection of the property and kitchen area in the preliminary stages. We process the permits for you with the cities and counties involved. Hood projects vary in length depending on the city or county where the project is being conducted. We mainly install new hood systems but we can also install used systems if they are in acceptable shape for inspections.

- 06Used equipment is sold with a 30 day parts and labor warranty within the State of Florida. Equipment that is sold and shipped or taken out of the country will be sold with a 30 day parts warranty. Depending on the condition and age of the equipment, some units may be sold with a 60 or 90 day parts and labor warranty.

- 08Purchasing equipment is decided on a case by case basis by the owners of the business. Often times the owners would like to see the units either in person or via pictures before making a decision. If you would like to stop by at our store, the owners are normally there on tuesdays and saturdays during hours of operation: Hours. It is best to email pictures or a list to us directly in order to streamline the process.
