Policies 

Return/Cancellation Policy

No returns on online purchases will be accepted. Customer must inspect equipment upon receiving it. If item is sold with a warranty, the warranty begins the day of purchase. If equipment needs repair within the time of warranty, customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer.

Once an order has been placed, we strive to process these orders with our vendors as quickly as possible. If an order needs to be cancelled, we require immediate notification via phone call to our location. Once our vendors have processed an order for shipment, we are unable to cancel an order without express approval. Any penalties incurred will be passed along to you. If an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept returns.

Warranty Policy

All warranty claims are handled based on the manufacturer’s warranty policy. For items being used internationally, please confirm if the warranty is valid in your area.

Delivery Expectations – Common Carrier

For common carrier deliveries, carriers will typically allocate 15 minutes for the completion of your delivery. Excessive delays during delivery could result in the carrier charging detention fees. Additionally, if you are not able to accept the shipment in a reasonable timeframe and cause the carrier to hold your shipment at their terminal, fees may be applied by the carrier for storage of your shipment. 

Local Delivery Policy

We offer "white glove" delivery services for local customers. We would receive the order on your behalf and deliver it to your location, unbox it, and place it in the desired location. This option must be requested by calling our store so we are able to discuss the specifics regarding the delivery. This delivery option rate varies by location and is limited to local areas. 

Customer Expectations

​

Damaged equipment on new equipment orders must be reported within 24 hrs of receiving order either from delivery services offered by us or from freight shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to review equipment for damages at the time of receiving them.

 

It is the customer's responsibility to review measurements to ensure proper space is available to fit the desired unit. We are not liable for such oversights.
